    Our Policies & Shop Information

    All merchandise is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, cloudiness, or other "dings" unless otherwise specified. The prices do not include shipping or insurance. Shipping is usually by UPS unless the location requires USPS or the item is small.  Shipping prices are for the USA. We are happy to ship internationally. Just ask for a shipping quote.  Boxes are shipped in 1 to 2 business days.  Florida residents should remember that sales tax must be collected for all orders delivered to Florida. 

    Cheshire Cat accepts personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, credit cards (MC, VISA, Discover, and AMEX) and Paypal payments.  If you would prefer to complete your purchase by phone rather than on the secure server, you may always call us with your credit card number or to ask any questions at (305) 884-0335 (East Coast USA time).


    Cheshire Cat Antiques & Collectibles  would like all our customers to be happy with their purchases but obviously we cannot guarantee that an unexpected problem won't crop up. Perhaps your pattern was not what your grandmother told you? or your new tumblers turn out to be a different Cambridge color than what you thought your color was?  Therefore, we offer a full refund on all merchandise. We do require that you  notify us by email, within seven (7) days of receipt of the merchandise. Then we can help you arrange for the return.  Upon receipt of your returned item, with our label or other markings intact and repacked in our original shipping box , we will refund the entire cost of the returned item. If there was an error on our part we will also refund the return shipping/insurance.
