Aluminum Cocktail Shakers

  1 great Art Deco aluminum cocktail shaker made by KraftWare, shaped a bit like a rocket or bullet, no handles just simple rounded bands as decoration, 13" tall, top knob comes off to pour ... $65 ea

Chrome Cocktail Shakers & Sets

Amazing Art Deco Farberware of Brooklyn NY  chrome cocktail shaker and matching bar tray, cocktail shaker was made in the 1930's and the shape is called "Bubble Cocktail Shaker", handles on shaker and on tray are wood painted black with red wood balls, cocktail shaker is 13" tall with the biggest "bubble" being about 4 1/4" wide, spout has screw on tip, cocktail shaker is missing (as are almost all of them ) the little wood bar that would have gone through the hole in the knob on the lid, the tray is 18 1/4" long and 12" wide, center is brushed chrome as on most bar trays of the period so you would get it noticeably scratched with use, cocktail shaker and tray top both have a few light scratches, the underside of the tray is quite scratched from use over these 80 or more years, no loss of chrome or splits,  a RARE FIND! ... $475 for the set

  1 Art Deco Chrome and Bakelite cocktail shaker, shiny chrome sides have a skyscraper look with long vertical panels and squares, red bakelite handle with great looped shape with a couple of curves on the outside, screw on knob on spout, 2 tiny pressed in spots on lid (see close-up), 13" tall so great scale ... $55 ea

  1 Farber Bros of NY chrome cocktail shaker with horizontal bands that alternate smooth and hammered, handle is vintage black  plastic with an Art Deco motif, lid comes off to add drink ingredients and pour spout has a screw on knob, 10 1/2" tall, great details including slanted ribs on lid and spout ... $35 ea

1 1940's vintage Chrome cocktail shaker with a bright red bakelite handle, great Deco design with a group of horizontal bands on the body, multilevel shape top comes off to add the ingredients and there is a screw on knob on the pour spout, great scale at 13" tall, no maker's marks I can find ... $55 ea

1 RUBY red glass Fire Extinguisher cocktail shaker, body is transparent ruby glass with great white lettering with instructions for use like "required by law to be put in a convenient place", "in emergencies charge with ingredients, shake well and dispense freely..... 1 Cambridge Apple Blossom amber glass square shape cocktail shaker, ornate and unusual metal lid that has a cork liner  ring around the strainer in the bottom and a cap on the spout for pouring the drinks once they are shaken, 13" tall and 3 3/8" square at the widest point, just a little wear on the metal lid near the pour lip SOLD

   1 very elegant Depression Glass crystal cocktail shaker with a great shape,  made by Hawkes based on a similar cut and style of a martini pitcher referenced with the Hawkes mark,   silverplate top, and a simple Art Deco pattern of hand cutting,  full size at 12" tall with the 3 part top in place and unusually wide at 5 1/2" , nice wide silverplate band is attached to the top of the glass shaker and then the strainer/pourer assembly sits on top and there is a stopper for the spout, cutting is of fine vertical lines in groups all around the shaker and the shoulder has a band of ovals hand cut into it, a fabulous presentation ... $145 ea

  1 Cambridge Rose Point cocktail shaker, all glass with ground stopper, P102, holds 48oz, 13 3/4" tall and 4 1/2" wide at the widest part of the body, 1 tiny 1/8" nick on the bottom of the ground portion of the stopper, really minor ... $275 ea

Depression Glass

1 wonderful Mid-Century mixed media piece that is a Fire King Glass turquoise mixing bowl set into an aluminum base with an aluminum lid. The bowl is the Fire King Splash Proof shape which is conical with straight sides and a little lip at the top. The bowl sits down about 70% of its depth into the aluminum holder which also has a inverted cone foot and nicely rounded handles made of double rolls of metal. The round lid fits over the top of the bowl and has a knob that matches the handles on the base. This makes a great ice bucket or simply covered serving bowl and was called a "casserole or ice bucket" on the original packing box. It is 9" tall and 8" wide (it is the 7 1/2" size of turquoise bowl), a couple places on the lid look slightly pressed in  ... $65 ea
