ORDERING or INQUIRING about an ITEM:

If you'd like to place an order or inquiry about an item(s), please use the form(s) below or contact us by email : fboches@cheshirecatantiques.com .

Be sure your email address is correct, then type in your message and press the SEND button. We will respond as quickly as possible to confirm your order or answer your inquiry, usually within 2 - 24 hours.

All merchandise is in excellent to mint condition unless otherwise specified. The prices do not include shipping or insurance. Shipping is usually by UPS unless the location  requires USPS.  Florida residents should remember that sales tax must be collected for all orders delivered to Florida.

Cheshire Cat accepts MC, VISA,  AMEX, and Discover through a secure server or by phone; and we accept Paypal. If you would like to pay by credit card , just let us know and we will send you an invoice with a link to the secure server. Also feel free to call us at 305-884-0335 any day from 10AM-9PM (east coast time). To use Paypal either email us for an invoice that will link you quickly to Paypal or just use our verified ID of fboches@cheshirecatantiques.com to send along the payment.
 

Cheshire Cat Antiques & Collectibles  would like all our customers to be happy with their purchases but obviously we cannot guarantee that what you bought  is exactly what you believed you were buying. Perhaps your pattern was not what your grandmother told you? or your new tumblers turn out to be a different Cambridge color?  Therefore, we offer a full refund on all merchandise. We do require that you  notify us by email, within seven (7) days of receipt of the merchandise. Upon receipt of your returned item(s), WITH OUR LABEL INTACT (if we have labeled it), we will refund the entire cost of the returned item(s).  If there was an error on our part we will also refund the return shipping/insurance as well as the original shipping/insurance.

 

Payment


Upon confirmation of your order, we will hold the item(s) for you for seven business days. If we have not received your check or money orderor other payment, within seven days of confirmation, the item(s) may be made available to other customers. We reserve the right to hold  your check until it clears our bank (up to 7 business days to clear) before shipping the item(s) although most orders are shipped immediately. Merchandise paid for with a money order or credit card will be shipped as soon as possible, usually the within 2 days.
