Our Guarantee And Return Policies

All merchandise is in excellent to mint condition unless otherwise specified. The prices do not include shipping or insurance. Shipping is usually by UPS unless the location requires USPS.  We can arrange quick shipment for those last minute gifts.  Florida residents should remember that sales tax must be collected for all orders delivered to Florida.

Cheshire Cat accepts personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, credit cards (MC, VISA, Discover, and AMEX) on a secure server. We also accept Paypal payments.  If you chose a credit card or Paypal payment we will send you an invoice with a quick link to Paypal's secure server.  Once there you can either enter your credit card information (no Paypal membership is required) or use your Paypal account to pay for your items.  Of course you may always call me (Francee Boches) with your credit card number or to ask any questions at (305) 884-0335 (east coast USA time).

Cheshire Cat Antiques & Collectibles  would like all our customers to be happy with their purchases but obviously we cannot guarantee that a unexpected problem won't crop up. Perhaps your pattern was not what your grandmother told you? or your new tumblers turn out to be a different Cambridge color?  Therefore, we offer a full refund on all merchandise. We do require that you  notify us by email, within seven (7) days of receipt of the merchandise.  Upon receipt of your returned item(s), with our label or other markings intact , we will refund the entire cost of the returned item(s). If there was an error on our part we will also refund the return shipping/ins.

Payment

Upon confirmation of your order, we will hold the item(s) for you for seven business days. If we have not received your check or money order or other payment, within seven days of confirmation, the item(s) may be made available to other customers. We reserve the right to hold  your check until it clears our bank (up to 7 business days to clear) before shipping the item(s);  although we ordinarily ship promptly especially for customers known to us . Merchandise paid for with a money order or credit card will be shipped as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 days.
